Omnibus is a program whose purpose is challenging students who need additional enrichment. It is offered to students in grades two through four who have been recommended by their classroom teacher. The class is held once a week for each grade level and lasts approximately 30 minutes.
Students participating in the program benefit from additional, challenging activities, learning, and responsibilities in creative writing, math, computer, and research projects. Examples of units studied include natural disasters, patriotic symbols, animal research projects, migrating birds, space exploration, and countries.
